What does it truly mean to carry the Holy Spirit? Acts 1:8 gives us a striking picture: power is given not for our comfort, but for a purpose -- to be witnesses to the world around us. This message challenges us to honestly examine whether our lives actually reflect that calling. It is easy to check the boxes of churchgoing, tithing, and occasional service, and yet still live in a way that keeps the Spirit at arm's length. We are invited to ask ourselves a hard question: if someone watched how we lived, would they recognize us as people marked by the Holy Spirit? The gap between receiving the Spirit and actively living as a witness is where so many of us quietly settle, and this message calls us out of that comfortable middle ground and back into the fullness of what we have been given.
